I joined OTC CrossFit in September 2022 after doing CrossFit since 2015, but only attending 1-3 sessions a week due to distance. OTC has completely transformed my fitness journey. With their Athlete Programme, I can now attend up to 6 coached sessions a week, plus open gym access. The accountability and support from the coaches and community are unmatched.
