I absolutely love these classes and really look forward to Wednesdays to see what Rosie and Shannon have instore for us. I like the element of surprise wondering what music we will be dancing to. Although I am of mature age, the classes cater for everyone with no discrimination of age or size!

Entered this gym after not training for a year - lost all confidence so I was extremely nervous. I was greeted by Rosie who made me feel at ease straight away! I was never very into classes but the classes at onyx have genuinely made me love exercise again! There are people from all different stages of their fitness journey and so so friendly. Ive attended several of Rosie's classes and they are well run, professional and effective. There's a friendly atmosphere, good class sizes and I've got to out of them.
