I mistyped my credit card number into their terrible online entry service and was fined $25. Instead of calling me, they sent me a letter - which arrived a few days before the show. I called them to give them the correct number and they would not take it over the phone. The entry had to be paid cash the day of the show. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The results are super slow and the website is always down! Usually I get the judging program after the show is over. Worst. Superintendent. Ever.
Always a pleasure. Smoothly run shows and have always treated me with respect.
Website not accessible again.. seems to constantly have problems
Trying to do an on-line entry before noon today, and now their website is down. Typical Onofrio.
The expens provided by Onofrio are inadequate. MBF and Rau both provide chain link pens that and the shavings are freshened frequently. At the Kenner shows, no means small, there are two wire pens and the shavings have been soaked by rain for two days so the urine has no where to go. There is no excuse, with the percentage of the entry fees going to supers, to treat exhibitors and dogs so callously. I suggest checking with the other supers to develop an adequate protocol for expens
Onofrio is not perfect but they have always provided me with excellent service. I agree that their credit card process is antiquated but if you enter before the show closes and you don't get a confirmation of your car going through, you can call and confirm that your credit card was good. Then if they fix it right then they will not charge you. As for times when breed show that is just how dog shows go and you go with the flow.
