Still no entry information for the 7th year in a row for the AKC National Show in Orlando
Terrible customer service. "Customer service" lied to me outright but gave the info I had requested to a show committee member who contacted on my behalf. I am currently in the process of filing a complain with the AKC.
Great for the Time Sensitive deadlines they accomplish
We have attended shows Superintended by Onofrio for years and years with very few issues. We do online entry with regularity and have received the appropriate help the one or two times I had messed up an entry. I do, however, double check what I do and don't wait until entries close to verify what I did. There has to be some point in time where we, as individuals, assume some responsibility for what we do. If you don't verify your entries promptly, it is your fault if an error does not get rectified.
Absolutely Horrible customer service. Office manager is a very rude lady. I guess I am done showing unless I can register directly with the show myself as I will not use Jack Onofrio Dog Shows again. At least my buddys' last show was a major win. We will have to be content with that.
AWFUL! The people on the phones are always rude, the entry system is impossible to get through and it has been this way as long as i can remember!
