They don’t send judging programs in a timely manner per AKC rules. The mats are terrible. Customer service is non existent. They refuse to go electronic beyond online entries and a website. Why can’t armbands and JPs be sent via email????
Judging program has a mistake. Exhibitors were not notified before start of cluster shows.
The dog shows are fine, but I find it a bit hard to swallow the on line entry fees. I can see one fee per dog, but come on...it's a little ridiculous. Could at least post a catalog day of shows and get results out a lot quicker.
have attended their shows for 35 years and always enjoyed them.
Not the same since jack passed away some 25 years ago. the dog show business is corrupt as it is and needs to focus more on the client. Dog shows are addictive especially for people who really have a going no where life.
Online not ever available during overnight hours -- website shuts down entirely.. Can't access results, premium lists or judging programs beyond 90 days. MB-F has all of this available for years.
