The scheduling at Farmington Utah was disgusting. Waited out in the heat 95 degrees for judges to finish their assignments before they could get to the group ring. Scheduled judging groups 12 45, had our group just start at 1.50 judging 6 huge breeds. There we sat waiting for nearly 2 hours in the heat. It was the same yesterday!!!!!!

They are awesome! In 35 yrs of dealing with them ,I cannot recall them ever making a mistake! And when I do, they are wonderful in trying to assist me in correcting it!!!

Attention Owner Handlers that go to Onofrio shows....make sure you check results when they have them posted. They have messed up 2 results of mine for to separate shows robbing me of 30 owner handler points. I have continuously tried to get them to fix results from March 14th with no success and now they have messed up this past Saturday's results. Watch your points is all I am saying!!

I have written two emails to Onofrio asking for a refund for a grooming spot at the Portland shows. I paid for a 10 X 15 sized spot, but was given a 10 X 10. Their rep was never at their booth at the shows, so I tried contacting them afterwards. They have not even acknowledged my emails. At this point it's not even about the money but about really poor customer service. It's no wonder clubs are going to better superintendents... Boo Hiss.

back in the day when there was a mistake on your card they would call you. They have gotten me twice now both times when i had money in there and could never give me a reason why my card didn't go thru. I think everyone is right that they are trying to grab as much money as they can.......the least they could do is give a call if your card was declined for some reason. They used to do it all the time
