My dog's numbers were withheld in Alex...so said because my credit card was declined......which it was not.....I have the print out from my bank saying that there was no transaction, no decline , nothing from Onofrio on that day, but that does me no good for this show as he is with a handler.....Why did I get an online confirmation and one in the mail IF my credit card was declined? The customer service offered by Jack Onofrio Dog shows has gotten consistently worse. Having known Mr. Onofrio, I think he would be appalled how the customers are basically cheated in placing of entries. We had an agent list an incorrect expiration date on our credit card and with one phone call they charged us $30 (more than the actual entry) as a penalty. I am writing the BBB and Merchant Services as this practice is predatory pricing.
tried to see if my entry was received by the closing date of 4/2/14 for our May National & was told I MUST have the exhibitor code??? I didn't fill that part in as I thought that was for clients that used them frequently as most of ours are MB-F. I used my credit card- what a pain to wait on pins & needles to know if I am leaving from Va Beach to Houston - or not - depending on if they received my entries!
