poor CS and entry process is getting worse by the day
If I could give a zero I would. Not only have we been waiting for 2 hours to go into NOHS group since the last one was in, but 30 more dogs are to be judged before we can . The guy in charge here from onofrio is the rudest nastiest man I have ever met after 30 years of dog showing. I will be going to AKC with my complaints as well as 11 other people I have talked to.its 86 degrees in here, the dogs are wilting, the judge is furious. TIME TO GET OUT ONOFRIO.
trying to make an entry online. chose 5:00am to ensure minimal traffic on site..for the past 45 minutes I've gotten error messages, website not available messages. Tried through Google, through their FB page etc. looks like we won't be entering any shows today!
I was off by one number on my expiration date on my credit card. I tried to fix it but they charge a $25 fee because of it. Customer service is very rude.
So slow in posting show results. Info dog posts within a day for their shows.
Whats wrong witb the website? I t sais "This site can't be reached"
I have never had a problem with them as an exhibitor or a club board member.
