I have contacted them 6 times about receiving a refund for the Clinton Iowa Kennel Club Shows March 2020. Each and every time they assure me they will call back because they have to speak to their supervisor about issuing me the refund and mailing it. Every time they fail to return my call. I entered 4 dogs both days and I want my money back. Others have received refunds.
Terrible communications. Even worse website. Rude staff and unaccommodating and insensitive to timeline issues. Would avoid at all costs!
Their online entry system is a joke. They prefill the expiration date so when you have your browser enter your cc info it doesn’t change the expiration date. The system will accept your cc number with the wrong info. Then Onofrio mails you a letter stating you owe a $25 service fee. You are paying a processing fee for $2.50 and a $25 administrative fee all for a cc that was never charged. Communciations are terrible. This company did not send confirmatioins and times of shows. I had to call main office in Oklahoma to get a show time and then it was 4 hours off. Ended up missing both Rally trials on Sunday because of their communications on show times. 😡
Will you be getting either your website updated or getting premium lists/entries open for upcoming shows? some of these shows close in 7 days but are still not open to enter. This is NOT acceptable. The gals working in the office are very sweet but everything else is absolutely horrible. Costing these clubs money when entries choose different shows because they can't enter those you are the superintendent of.

They need to update their website. Just in the last week I know of 3 people who had trouble with entries including myself. I paid for 2 very expensive hotel nights and entered for 2 competitions and for some reason one 1 day was registered. Did not receive a confirmation email. Got so show no second day-ridiculous. They need to clean up their act-hope these shows are paying for them ....they are losing a lot of money.
The online entry system changed the exp date on my cc. I always verify my information before submitting, yet the exp date was changed. This caused my CC to be declined and then Onofrio charged an additional $25 for my entry! Fix your system and at least take some responsibility for errors within your online entry system. Very, very disappointed, to say the very least!
