Staff is very nice but online registration is HORRIBLE! Unsecured site. Have to input cc info before seeing show info. Shows listed as open that are not available to register. A professional organization can and should do better.
resulte could br quicker like infodog!. Catalogue posting would be nice especially on the National show with Royal Canine
I can't imagine worse customer service, or a more archaic system to enter a show. Horrible experience with no apology.
They could be a tiny bit friendlier s/ when called for advice, and notify people who have made online entries that their entries have not been accepted, if there is a problem. WORST dog show Superintendents I have ever used in 30 years of showing dogs.
Better customer service for one thing. They need to get their technology improved as well. I just had a terrible experience with them.
Better customer Service. update systems to keep up with technology. I hope they get bought out by someone soon that will update the systems and their processes.
Get their judging programs out prior to the event to the exhibitors. Keep their website operating.

This company does not run credit card at the time of entry, but saves and runs them at a later date. Then, if you've mistyped, they make you pay in cash right before you go in! They don't attempt to contact via email or phone, just surprise you at the show. No cash, no show- so if you enter onofrio, always bring cash to cover your entries in case. Not only do I worry about credit card security with them saving numbers, but also this is just bad business.
