ONF changed the way I feel about excercise. It used to be ; legs or arms or back , lift weights, make no eye contact , get in get out, looked good but got out of breath walking up stairs. Now I look forward to classes, seeing other members and coaches to see what they have been up to. Smashing a challenging but enjoyable session without having to plan it myself. I’ve been at ONF for around 4 months now and I’ve loved every minute of it. Having been in and out of “normal” gyms for the past few years, ONF has taken the stress out of training. The classes are great, with a variety of workouts, all challenging in their own way. The coaches are knowledgable and always offer help and advice with form/technique. All the members are friendly, with a great social side to the community, would highly recommend!
