Sydney signed me up, after a year at PF I was ready for a more open environment and more choices. She really understood what I needed. I felt no pressure at anytime to sign up. I have been going a month now, It is my new favorite place. Love all the options and when I don't want to be social I do my workout in the Cinema :) I have used my free trainer time and that was amazing. Onelife is the best gym I have ever attended. The different amount of exercising options always amazes me. Once I join the military, where ever I go, I hope to find a onelife there.
It was Sydney who set me up right and I am forever grateful. I'm middle aged and over weight. After talking to her I realized I can become healthy! I can work out! She's just what I needed. I've been coming a couple months now and I feel right at home. There is a good variety of ages in there and everyone has been nice and respectful. There is ample cleaning wipes readily available to keep all equipment clean after use.The staff is always cleaning and the facility and bathrooms are clean as well.
