I LOVE taking Alli B's yoga class on Thursday afternoons. 💓 She is one of the best yoga teachers One Life has ever had! She takes individual interest in her students and explains things very clearly so that all levels of practice can be included in her classes. you are very friendly. It is very hard for me to be in a gym. I am quite obese and suffered horrible teasing and PE classes throughout School. They have made it much less of a frightening thing for me
