The worst gym. I had my 2 year old in the child care and they gave my child to someone other than me without checking who it was only because my child ran up to him. Luckily this person was actually his uncle but the workers had no idea as we had never been seen together in the gym.. they also refused to call me back for 5-6 months when I was calling to cancel my membership after my year of being with them. RecommendedBest, best best experience, I have ever witnessed in One Life Fitness Center. I just joined this gym for 2 weeks. Today I just want to convey to you that this gym is great and very well develop. It is a great institute for body fitness. The management is well maintained. Personal attention is given to each individual. Friendly atmosphere; well trained trainer. Great behavior, good management and a very clean Gym. Highly recommended.

RecommendedI enjoy this gym. My only complaint is some of the recent Covid protocol. A big part of my joining was to utilize the half basketball court and now I'm being denied that. Yet, EVERYONE that enters & exits the gym touches the same door handles. They all touch the spin class & zumba door handles. The free weights and benches all get touched by multiple people. WHY can't you put the same disinfectant in the basketball court? Why do you trust everyone to clean everything else, but not a basketball? WHY can't individuals like me ... read more
Very limited locker spaces! Limited hours! They have been using COVID as excuse to cut hours to save money! They don't do any "deep cleaning" during the closed hours.
I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Normally customer service is great. Before covid never had an issue. I understand things change with covid but one should not be customer service. I paid a lot of money for personal training. Had 5 sessions left then covid hit. Once the facility opened little to no communication that personal training was running again.
