I been with Onelife since I moved out here in 2013. I love all the locations in the Hampton roads area, they each bring a different welcoming and motivational feel from the beginner to advance exercise enthusiasts... Friendly and knowledgeable staff and customers going through their journey's or being walking testimonies of their health goals. Cool vibes of various tribes with one common goal of being a better them than they was the day before...one step at a time...
Awesome gym with everything you can possibly think of in a fitness sense. Very accommodating to travelers out of town and Joseph at the front desk in Virginia Beach was spot on and his customer service was second to none. Highly recommend this gym!
Love love love this gym! I like to jump to different branches of onelife for the classes and all but this one is one of the nicest I've been to! The pool is a plus! The studio/group class room is huuuuuge and all the treadmills are actually working. Only reason i am giving 4 stars is i wish there were seperate saunas bc it does get quite crowded (compared to other branches with seperate saunas for men and women) which is understandable with the pool and all, so it's not too big a deal. Highly recommend Darryll’s Spin class, especially if you are cross training.
Been coming for 3 years . Love the sauna and the classes . The kids club sitters are amazing and my 3 year old makes ME come bc she loves it . Helps motivate me !
