Joined a little over a month ago and absolutely love it. Curtious staff, plenty of equipment, clean locker room, and great trainers.

When I joined they called over and over to try to sell me additional services. Not I am trying to cancel I have not gotten a response at all in spite of reaching out in 4 emails to both this branch and corporate! I am beyond frustrated. Apparently they only care about the customer when they are attempting to sell, not ongoing support.
This a great gym and I’ve been going here for close to two years...the only thing that has always bothered me though is that I wish the men’s bathroom and locker room were cleaned/checked up on more often. There’s often a lot of sweat rags lying around and the toilets/urinal area is usually pretty gross. Although I understand the gym is very busy at the times I go (5-7 pm) but I just wish staff was in the bathrooms more trying to keep the place cleaner more consistently.

I love this gym and def would recommend. I’d also like to personally give a shoutout to 2 employees (I didn’t catch their names unfortunately) who helped diffuse a hostile situation this morning created by another member, who not only refused to believe the gym is a shared space, but chose to curse at me and get in my face 3 times, because I wanted a fan on and she didn’t.
