Every Sunday morning is my Pump day! I love this class! The instructor Vicki Butler is wonderful, keeps me going and makes it fun! Love the substitutes also!
One of the trainers there is one of the most disrespectful people in the gym. Worst of all, he's an employee. On several occasions, including today, he's taken equipment that I was using, without as much as a common courtesy of asking if I was using it (even when other squat racks were open!), almost backed into me twice while I was dead lifting, etc. I didn't say anything as to not cause a scene with his client, but this is unsat to say the least. The gym is nice it's clean it's spacious staff is great but the cardio programs for some reason all happened really before 5 o'clock so the working people really can benefit from most of those programs because there before 4:30 like I think nobody works?
