I joined One Life Fitness in Alexandria Va, this facility is a lot better, but tha customer service component "Front Desk Rep," was dissappointing, when compared to tha Alexandria location. Up there, they bent over backwards to help u, I didn't have tha same experience @this location in Virginia Beach. Overall tha facilities are spectacular tho...so I gave it 4 stars for that part only...heh, haa...un huh..
Excellent environment to get your workout done in. They have enough variety of various equipment scattered about the place that you can get your workout done without messing about too much. I would definitely recommend this place for someone looking for a quality gym.
The general manager has been emailed by his staff several times regarding my membership transfer. While my membership was originally purchased in Georgia I currently live in Virginia Beach. I have been told he will call me and simply transfer my membership without issue however now 3 months later nothing has been resolved. I still get stopped every time I go to the gym and while I pay for my membership I am issued a guest pass every week with the promise that someone will call me. Terrible customer experience!!
Love the classes - so motivating. However, the only thing I don't like is the sauna. It is small and co-ed and smells like stinky guys and the location of it is not in a good place. It is a great place and I really enjoy going. I would recommend to anyone.
I love this gym! I've been a member technically, before it was even OneLife! The staff is super friendly, gym & locker rooms are always clean & there's a great selection of classes to take!
