I was a member at ONE|DZ for 2 years before moving and I have to say it is without a doubt the most well maintained, friendly and caring gym in Derby. Staff members consistently greeted me with a hello at the door and took the time to ask not only how my session was going, but my week in general! Been at ONE|DZ for just over a year and can say it’s best change that I’ve made. In comparison to the commercials gyms in derby, it’s a different level. The staff, equipment and atmosphere of the place are all unreal. Couldn't recommend it enough.
