Best gym I've been to, hands down. I recently joined ONE DZ as was looking for a more local gym and know a few friends that go here. James was great when I originally enquired, found out a bit more about my fitness background and my other hobbies outside of the gym about my previous injury. The gym has great equipment, well maintained and a really cool vibe, the members are all really chill and the new sauna facilities look class! Cannot speak highly enough if this place, been going for around 2 and a half years. All the staff are approachable, knowledgeable, and will to help and assist in any facet of gym life, whether that's equipment, form, nutrition etc. The equipment is well maintain and regularly updated. Love the place keep up the great work one dz!

Outstanding gym in Darley Abbey Mills. Equipment is first class, the place is always kept super clean and tidy. The staff are all brilliant. Overall, a great place to train that has a friendly community vibe to it and really makes you enjoy working out!

I recently moved back to the area and tried out a bunch of gyms - and One DZ had something all the others didn't - community! James (who runs the place) loves this gym, and it shows. The attention to detail and the hygiene in this place were really impressive. Plus, there's nothing intimidating about it (I'm a 5"2 woman!) and this gym seemed to only attract super friendly, laid-back people. If you live near here, it's an absolute no-brainer.
