I contacted One AZ in a really stressful situation, and it actually was regarding a false and incorrect transfer. ******* assisted me professionally and she assured me that the Bank is on it and the problem will be solved and nothing to be worried.She supervised the issue diligently and everyday until its quick resolution. I was having trouble seeing statements and complete account information. I called the Digital Banking hotline and got ******* and she was awesome! She asked me to try various methods of logging into the account and identified the problem after a few more efforts. She explained that I had not been registered correctly which was causing the lack of data visibility.
