I have been with the Credit Union since 2011 and have been very happy with the service. A few days ago I called to ask about a loan and was referred to *************************. I have to say, her friendliness and kindness combined with her knowledge and professional manner really impressed me. I was able to complete the whole process at home, which helped me a great deal. Our credit card was inadvertently "locked" by us! Adam assisted me in resetting the card so we could use it! Thank you Adam, you are very courteous and took the time to help me reset the account online.We have been customers of OneAZ since it started it's office in Prescott Valley. The staff at the local bank(s) are the best! The customer service also has been great!
