I have never had a better experience with any financial institution. Apparently I'm not supposed to leave any names in my review, but one baker in particular has been astonishingly helpful, and the rest have been more helpful than you would find from the likes of big commercial banks. I had an appointment for noon at the Butler Ave branch in Flagstaff, and when she came back from lunch at 12:30 and seeing me still waiting she took it upon herself to take care of my banking needs. I am writing to RAVE about One AZ Credit Union. I joined them in **** and have been with them ever since. I am a 'baby boomer' and place a high amount of importance on Customer Service which seems to be very rare these days.
