I had a somewhat unique situation of needing to deposit a check that I had received as a refund. The check was made out to my father who passed away last year. This wouldnt be as big of a challenge if I was able to go to a local branch, but I recently moved out of state where there are no local branches for me to go to. I had a appointment with *****************************, on Oct 3rd, regarding the following:1. to make a notation that I would be out of state so my charges would not be denied, AS THEY WERE IN THE PAST.2. to remove a name off of my account, she stated she could not do that unless that person was with me. I banked with OneAZ for almost 8 years and loved every moment of it. Recently, with a heavy heart, I had to close the account because I moved out of state (WA). Every interaction I had with customer service was top notch. From online and over the phone services to in-person banking, 5 stars all around. I needed a copy of some old statements that were not on the website. I was truly expecting a ***** day wait to receive them. They were in my inbox the same afternoon. I'm quite impressed.
