This was my first time with any credit union, therefore I had a lot of questions. I actually expected rude staff to be quite honest, but that was NOT the experience I had. I called the office at Union Hills and a very kind woman helped me with basic questions. I wish I could remember her name but I cannot. I had a great experience getting a car loan through One AZ. **** M was the representative I worked with. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated through the process, and went above and beyond when we needed to switch purchase vehicles due to dealership issues. He and the closer, ******* S, worked on ******* the loan through to make sure I had a check before the branch closed on a Friday. I appreciated their time, effort, and responsiveness. I will definitely keep using One AZ for loans in the future.
