OneAZ Credit Union, especially *********************, was awesome to work with! I ordered a car and got very little lead time to secure a loan and insurance before delivery, only 2 business days. Arnol worked efficiently and quickly to help me secure a loan and get a check in hand to give to the dealer, all in 2 days. I had an need to review charges to my debit card account, but for some reason was unable to log into my account at the credit union - so I called their listed number and after pressing the right buttons, I was connected with M. Because of a hearing issue, I need to use a closed captioning phone - where the person I am talking with has her side of the conversation displayed on a large screen. Im a new member with OneAZ Credit Union. From start to finish the service has been excellent. Madison ****** was amazing. She was knowledgeable, excellent to work with and had great options for all my banking needs. I dont usually give all my business to one bank but OneAZ Credit Union definitely earned it. She was so helpful, always reachable by phone, answering all our questions quickly, providing us with the monthly payments for different scenarios (15 yr vs. 30 yr; buying down the rate vs taking the standard rate; etc.). And the rate was lower than other mortgage lenders. Overall terrific experience!

I just wanted to thank ************************* for his customer service skills he was so Kind caring and compassionate towards my situation .. :-). I made a Huge mistake on my account causing my account to have a couple hundred in overdraft protection fees:-( . He couldnt remove all , but I feel if he had the power to reverse all the fees he would have. Thanks you One Az for hiring such a caring person!!!
