This was a wonderful banking experience for us. We needed to convert my individual account to an account that both my spouse and I could operate. ***** not only helped us through the entire, quite substantial, paperwork but was also very understanding of us having brought our kid over. I joined One AZ Credit Union 3 weeks ago. I called yesterday as I had not received my checks or debit card which I was told would take **** days. I was told after 20 days that neither the checks nor the debit card had even been ordered. I was then told I could go into the branch and anyone could make my debit card. After waiting twenty minutes with only one customer ahead of me the teller told me she couldnt make the card and Id have to wait for someone else.
