Had to confirm a charge on my checking because the number listed with the charge was disconnected. Decided to give the chat feature a try. The agent I spoke with, ********, was super fast and helpful. She got the information I needed and made sure I had everything I needed. When I call and now with this chat feature I always get excellent service.

I reached out to my credit union, OneAz, today in frustration of not understanding the distinction between a "transfer of funds" and "**** pay" regarding a car loan with another credit union, ****************** ************ patiently listened to my distress long enough that she was able to clearly pinpoint what wasn't working on my end, that got me "locked out" of initiating a transfer transaction and switching me to a "**** pay" transaction allowing me to successfully make my first car payment on time, without using my debi... read more
