I have had excellent service from OneAZ. Most recently, ****** from the call center helped me successfully navigate a tricky situation. I switched from a corporate bank and will never go back. OneAZ is always very personable and efficient. I feel cared for and empowered.

Was looking for last minute funding since my car was ready to pick up. ****** was absolutely amazing and communicative. I did my application and finished funding within 3 hours!!! Also - the rate was very low compared to others. I would use this CU for future purchases!!!

Spoke with ****** at the call center this morning; I had tried to order checks on-line but had run into difficulty (the provider didn't recognize me). ****** was wonderful; pleasant, told me immediately that she would be able to help me, made a suggestion that I took and one that I wanted to take but which the system wouldn't permit.All in all, I expect to have what I need in a reasonable amount of time and all it took was a phone call.
