I love my credit union. Today, ***** helped me resolve a problem with my credit card that six phone calls hadn't fixed. She figured out what was going on, made one phone call, and explained what had happened. This is "customer service" at its best.

Bought 2 vehicles with a 2.7 % intrest rate. Have banked here several years and love this bank. Opening up a high yield savings account with ****** at 3% no penalties. The lady told me to wait 2 days they had a new rate at 4% really appreciated the information.
