Today I had a wonderful experience with a One AZ representative ***************************. She worked with me on all my accounts, and she suggested special account called Propel ********************** which pays much higher interest rates than the other accounts I have. She put me in contact a membership representative to set this up online, which also saved a lot of extra time from driving down to *******.She was very pleasant, helpful. Thank you

Called OneAZ and asked how to redeem Credit card rewards points. First CSR said I should go to CURewards website to redeem points. Could not access CURewards website. Called OneAZ back and talked with another agent, *********************************, who walked me thru the redeem points process on the OneAZ website. First CSR told me bogus info while ********* was knowledgeable and helped me.
