I had an issue where a check I deposited in my account was returned for insufficient funds.************************ assisted me in confirming that this was in fact true and was also able to have the service fee waived. I live in ******* and keep an account going at the One AZ Credit Union for my ASRS pension. My husband's name was also on the account and when he died suddenly one of the many things that had to be done was the removal of his name from the account. I just switched my auto loan to One AZ with the amazing help of ***************************. She guided me every step of the way with follow up calls and e-mails. She was always easy to get in touch with and helped me do something that was a tad out of the box because I had been mislead by the car dealership that I had been working with. Even though I asked to have One AZ as my lender, I was not able to because technically I had put down too big of a down payment. I have belonged to OneAZ Credit Union for 50 years and it is my only bank. I had to call and receive help with my account as I couldn't sign in. ********************* *********** Representative, was patient with me in resetting my account as I was having problems signing in.
