I was having many problems getting on my accounts online and when I called for help I spoke to Crysstil who very patiently got me successfully through it. Applying online for a Home Equity Line Of Credit was needlessly frustrating and after more than a month of patchy communication I was forced to give up. As a member with over $400K in equity in my home and a credit score in the 800s I expected better results. If I'd been better advised with more responsive communication I have no doubt I would have obtained the funding I needed. On April 13th I spoke with ******************* at member care center. I was having problems with my Quickbooks account communicating with OneAZ account.
