I came for my first appt today, though I've had the treatment elsewhere previously. Felicity was so lovely! Very professional and a relaxing experience. Salon immaculate and I'm delighted with the results. Highly recommend!

Had my first CACi sensitive skin facial today. Products used felt nice, the derma abrasion was gentle, the pigment blade occasionally screechy, finding parts of my face which weren't protected enough, the electric rollers were sort of stingy, but not painful and the hyaluronic mask was gorgeous. I think I dozed off!. It lasted an hour. I came out with very plumped skin and the wrinkles around my eyes (those fine ones), all but gone. The cost was £70. This has been my third visit for a full body massage. I arrive with all my aches and leave feeling fully relaxed. Booked for a further session. Would highly recommend; welcoming & friendly staff, great facilities & great value for money! Can't wait for my next visit! 😊
