This place is a casino. While some of the hairdressers are competent, the care they take is inconsistent, especially with returning customers. On a few visits, I ended up with disastrous haircuts with noticeably uneven sides. I was polite and sucked it up until it was too much to swallow. One stylist, in particular, has a very limited grasp of English and completely disregards requests. I haven’t been here before but at the very last minute (last night) I reached out for someone to do my hair today and along came Ellie. I am beyond over the moon with my new hair. She absolutely understood the assignment and I walked out happier than I thought I would. Thank you so much Ellie x

This was my first time getting a cut and blow dry at One Step Ahead. Highly recommend - Jem did an excellent job and followed the description of the style I had in mind so well. She also made excellent suggestions and was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much!
