MISLEADING AND DISHONEST. AVOID ONE RENOVATIONS LTD AT ALL COSTS There was a leak in the bathroom and the plumber could not locate its origin. We found a company called Specialist Leak Detection Ltd. They came on the 14/6/21 and found the leak, after removing part of the wood flooring and concrete of the bathroom. The invoice for said work was £462.00. That was to find the leak. I left a review in Feb 2022 saying work still.not complete. Now end of Nov and still not.complete, have given them until end of Dec and then breaking contract and getting another firm to do Have taken them to small claims.twice and got one CCJ against them as they were paid upfront 80 per cent for renovation work and 100 per.cent for a kitchen they asked me.to.cancel CCJ and they would complete ...I was foolish to believe them

I personally would not use this company again. They did alot of work on my flat in 2021 partly for an insurance claim and partly directly for me. There is still alot of unfinished work and I have found it very frustrating trying to get them to finishthe work which is still outstanding Company is run by mohammad Jabar noor who also calls himself James or Jay, has 2 other employees I believe and is based in Woking Be careful with invoicing as they are expensive and twice tried to bill me again for works already invoiced elsewh... read more

Excellent service dealing with an insurance claim. The project presented a variety of unusual challenges which were all smoothed over with professionalism and tact. Actual work making good and decorating carried out to the highest standard.
