Had a problem with my boiler late at night with a leak …could not find anyone to come out immediately. But One Call did simply fixed everything very quickly. Great plumber marvellous service and very very reasonable pricing. Definately a firm to use.
Very rude management.a named Frank called 7am in the morning and was really rude to me after I said that I am busy can’t work for them he spoke to me like I am rubbish and told me that I am drunk and hang up the phone. Rude behavior rubbish company
The guy came and quoted - really nice & friendly and detailed quote. Unfortunately we were unable to proceed for the next month as lots going on. Correponded by email with the company. Upon phoning receptionist to get the work done (or even requoted as appreciate material costs go up), she was really rude and said she didn’t want our business. That’s fine - we will find another more customer friendly company instead
Had a lovely guy called Danny, come and do some work for me. He was very polite and courteous did a fantastic job, would highly recommend and use again. Left house immaculate after finishing work great guy and brilliant company
I am very happy with the provisional service I have received. Having had a flood it has been a great relief to finally get some sound, expert, advice and guidance, which has been extremely difficult for me to find elsewhere.
