Do not recommend. Very poor customer service. I was waitlisted to a reformer class but didn't get a spot. I had preempted this and booked a class in the main building, but by the time I got to the main entrance to attend they wouldn't allow me in. It was literally 1 minute past but was denied entry. Understand there is a late comer policy but would appreciate some flexibility, especially when I am in the vicinity. Poor customer service. Turned away for arriving 1 minute late - no empathy, rude staff. No consideration for my childcare arrangements. It's a ridiculous policy, we're all human and shouldn't be penalised for being 1 minute late. There are much friendlier boutique gyms in Clapham that deserve your custom. Don't bother. Update: you're correct, I have previously found the experience at Oncore to be friendly. I hadn't encountered this member of staff until today, every other member of the team is fabulous. Modern studio with great facilities, spin is great, reformer good. Only thing is I don’t find it a particularly friendly or warm atmosphere

I’ve been to a couple of reformer classes here, and I have to say I think they’re some of the best in London. All the instructors I’ve had have led really interesting flows, working all parts of your body. They’re also super welcoming and correct form where needed. Only dropping a star as changing area is limited.
