Our booking didnt get off to the best start learning on the day of our party that the venue had been double booked (which caused some last minute frantic re-arranging) but we have to say that Becky was very nice, tried her best to re-arrange, was very responsive and available to chat etc - all the good hallmarks of someone running a successful business and who cares. but ultimately it doesnt really matter what we as adults think; you have to ask the kids what they thought of the party - every girl said 9/10-10/10 and they wo... read more

I was unsure whether to leave a review, but I believe it will be helpful for the owner to make improvements. My daughter had a party at the venue a few weeks ago, and overall, the impression was good. The venue is nicely decorated, and there is nothing similar in our area that provides the same experience for young girls. However, the warm welcome advertised, which is supposed to make the girls feel special, was lacking on this occasion. The two staff members present did not seem particularly bubbly or friendly.
