Very clean and comfortable
We stayed for one night and enjoyed it. Close to everything, easy on/off highway, clean, impressive lobby, comfortable beds, shower head was high enough for my husband who is tall! Would stay again!
I had an amazing stay. The service was excellent.
The remodeled rooms are beautiful, absolutely love the oversized shower head.
Great place for a conference. People were nice and the food was good.
I love the Omni Richmond. Always have an excellent experience there but maybe should have knocked it down 1 star this time as the computers in the Business Center were not working to print out my boarding passes. This is my home away from home when I am in Richmond. Everyone from the valets to the servers in Trevi's Restaurant are so gracious.
