Great place to stay. Wonderful and professional staff. I would recommend the Omni Richmond to everyone.

The Omni gives you a genuine hotel feel. Room service, valet parking and bellboys are things aren't readily available anymore! And all for a reasonable price! Very nice place
great location. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was heaven, they have turn down service with cookies, robes for comfort and a bucket of ice was waiting our arrival.
Major plumbing problems. Water gets shut off from 9:PM till 5:AM.
For The Omni, the Service was less than world class. Bartenders and servers were short and unkind. No option for vegetarian meal offered when requested server seemed annoyed. Overall “nice” place (nothing to write home about) and less than welcoming staff. Not what expected from Omni. �
