100% NASTY ROOMS! Rude staff! Never again. We had to switch rooms 2 times... first room was never cleaned, the 2nd had old food in the fridge and microwave not to mention the DUST AND DIRTY ROOMS! We all work up with something wrong, eyes swollen, my son has asthma and we ended up at the er! Oh and the fire alarm was beeping all-night.... called for help at front desk and was told nobody was on duty to fix! Well I sure fixed it!!! Worst place to stay unless you live filthy and mice poop!

No Christmas 🎄 spirit! Waiter was not professional,had to wait for 20 minuets for drinks. Wouldn’t go back for a Christmas breakfast.
valet parking, awesome breakfast buffet, convenient to anywhere downtown, free shuttle service.
No room upon arrival; no help w bags, no WiFi, will think long and hard about having IABC’s Regional conference at Omni again.
Nice room. The staff is very professional and helpful. Another plus is the Arthur Ash center is close by.
