Returned to my room to find that my door opens without a key! Called front desk to report it and they sent management and security to remedy a safety issue that should never have happened ever under any circumstances! This really rattled me to think I could be sleeping and anyone could come into the room, or my belongings could be gone. Service has been poor, not enough staff to handle a conference crowd in the lounge or for valet parking or banquet service.
RecommendedI am thoroughly enjoying my stay at the Omni Richmond. Staff are very friendly and professional. Valet service is amazing, along with the restaurant. I will definitely stay here again when I travel to this area.
