Front desk was extremely unhelpful. Wasn’t told about parking options, wasn’t directed to any elevators, this was all after I was told that my name was nowhere in the system and neither was my mothers, who was asleep upstairs. Was told the previous front desk clerk had dropped the ball, way to pass the blame around. . Lobby all torn apart with zero signage. I love the place and they welcoming
The overall customer service was amazing. Tim that helped us with our luggage on check in and check out is the kindest most helpful hotel employee I have ever encountered. The shuttle was a huge help to us as we went back and forth to the convention center!
Top notch hotel in Richmond. I have stayed several times, each stay has exceeded my expectations. I will visit again soon! Thank you!
