Overall my family enjoyed our time at Omni Resort. We had a nice room with a fun view of all the pools on the 8th floor. Parking was troubling since you paid $20 a day with quite a hike to the main building, valet parking was available at an additional cost. The other issue was that our room wasn't serviced at all on Saturday even after requesting two times that they come and do so; it took us calling the front desk at 7pm to have someone service are room and bring us towels. Staff friendly, resort pools and lazy river fun! Great little get away for a night, weekend, etc!
We had to get a new room key on four separate occasions over a 2 day time frame, because either we were stranded trying to get in and out of the parking area because our key would not work or stranded waiting in the hallway for security to let us in our room. We also ordered coffee for the morning that was never brought until we had to call. Upon arrival we were looking forward to having some drinks and a small dinner by the pool but unfortunately all but one restaurant had closed early (6pm). None of the employees knew what... read more

The room on the third floor was STINKY! The bathroom had hair on the towels. The furniture was scuffed and needs TLC. The WiFi didn't work until I called front desk and asked.. Have you spelled my last name correctly... And was then told, yes, put on hold to an IT department, who never picked up and miraculously the Wi-Fi then worked. Yeah, not a hotel I'd return to.
Loved this Resort, the staff are friendly & helpful...We will be back for kid's summer break..
We absolutely loved the Omni. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the water so much. We will be back again for sure.
