Wonderful from the minute we stepped on the property.
We've stayed here numerous times over the years and the experience keeps getting better and better! The grounds, restaurants, spa, rooms, pools, everything is pristine and staff is amazing. We received a warm welcome from Roi at front desk who helped make our last stay the best one ever! We will keep coming back for sure!
was a great experience they were out of are room with a king size bed so they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom villa great hotel and supper friendly staff only disappointment was we were told parking was included in are stay but we're charged 45$ for parking witch was unexpected

Relaxing environment, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, delicious on site restaurants and close to Disney World.
Very poor internet service. They could have better restaurants. Also, they advertise free shuttles to Disney Parks and when I asked for this service to go to Epcot to have dinner at the restaurant inside the Mexican Pavillion, I was told that the driver was busy. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located close to the Disney Parks.
Spent the past few days at the Omni for the MoneyShow Conference. Beautiful hotel with very wonderful helpful staff! As for the Conference, the parking was difficult, not enough for the size of the crowd attending and getting out of the lot took forever!! The rooms where the individual sessions were held were too small, not enough chairs, had to stand for some of them. I am absolutely appalled at what I witnessed today during the Money Show. I noticed a senior citizen who was having trouble walking, no one had asked if he was okay. So he's at my booth now, I ask him if everything is alright and he says he doesn't feel well and he forgot to bring his cane. I tell him to sit down in my booth and I'll contact the hotel for a wheelchair.
