My husband and I took our grandkids there for Christmas. The kids had am excellent time. They had all sorts of things for the kids to do. Kept them very busy. On Christmas eve they had two elves come to our room and they bought my youngest grandson a stocking full of toys and read him a bed time story. He loved it.
Loved it ,coming back again ,ha ha been back 6 times this year , kids are having a blast ,they can be a little independent
Staff was very accommodating As well as very clean ...would easily comeback again!!
Beautiful place but.. We went to attend a wedding and reception. Food was not even warm and just fair except for salad. To top it off it cost $12.84 to park for just a few hours.Seems like there would be some consideration for guests there to attend a wedding. I'm sure they made plenty $$$ off the wedding without also charging guests.

I have to say I am currently staying at omni and became ill in the middle of the night, the team here has literally been taking care of me for hours! From concierge to room service and housekeeping I don't know what I would have done with out you! I called Alex in concierge at 3 am and he quickly sent room service with ice water ginger ale and blankets in the morning houskeeping came and cleaned up and brought me a bucket of ice room service has prepared me soups, and brought tea with honey several times through the day! Don't let them valet your car otherwise expect to get it back completely covered in hard water spots and full of acorns it's like they parked my nice clean car on the damn golf course and turned the sprinklers on. So not happy and all I got was "Uhh sorry"
