Very nice.... the one surprise - NO HEAT in the rooms. I know it was Florida - but when I called the front desk to ask for help turning on the heat in my room (it was in the 60's).... I was told there is no heat in the rooms and I should turn off the air system so it wasn't blowing cold air. I then asked for a blanket and they said they would try (it was delivered an hour later).
I had a wonderful time staying at the omni Orlando resort and everything was a great experience. Roi from the front desk has given us a five star service.. I will highly recommend this a place to stay when in Orlando.. Great amenities and Excellent five star service! Thank you Omni!

Beautiful resort. Great restaurants on the property. Other options are close by. I was there for a conference so I didn't get to venture out at all. But if you are there for vacation, rental car is a must. Wonderful resort though.
Had a great time there the staff was so professional and very nice to all guest and took a genuine concern for the Military will be coming back and recommend to all and guarantee satisfaction.
I didn't stay in hotel I just went there to see Bayer 04 Leverkusen training and all staff in field was very friendly and helpful...thanks so much for everything
A gorgeous facility. Very friendly staff as I parked my car for Plexus Super Saturday. Restrooms were immaculate. I did not stay in a room overnight but I would expect them to be clean and welcoming to any guests.
