Excellent resort and staff. Very accommodating and fun place to be at.

Our stay was awesome. Valet, bell hops, maids, shuttle drivers, room service attendants were amazingly Nice, helpful and accommodating. Grounds are gorgeous. Rooms spacious and nice and quiet. Can't wait to return.
The whole atmosphere is awesome,the concierge never answered the phone or was at his desk when we needed assistance though!
From the time we entered super late by Henrique with amazing customer service , to our bday cake and personalized card in our room it was a great visit . The food is great , the pools and hot tub are very clean . We ended the night with Henry (hen - ray) at the bar taking care of our whole party for our bdays . He was great and even took the time to make us a shot that was not normal there . All the small details is what sets it apart from the other places ! Thank you for our bday anniversary stay ! We will be back !
This place is HUGE. Best sunset views are from the top floors! Highly recommend this place. Pools are heated like hot soup, just wish they were open past 10pm. Other than that, great hotel. Go out and eat down the road if you don't wanna spend $35 on a pasta.
