Great place for a staycation! Awesome pool and amenities for the entire family.
The staff were extremely helpful and their customer service was exceptionally fantastic. If they didn't know something, they didn't hesitate to get you the answer, even when they were busy helping someone or in the middle of another job. I felt like a celebrity! My family and I had a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend at the Omni!! I want to say thank you to the Chefs at Zen and Trevi's for making delicious gluten free meals! You made a person living with Celiac disease feel normal. I actually was served my food first, before anyone at the table!! Amazing!! I'm always the last and I usually wait up to an additional 20 minutes to get my gf meal. Thank you again!!! I can't wait to come back!

Sitting at Crocs poolside grill right now for 60 minutes and the waitresses are still completely ignoring me. � Others came in and sat down and were waited on immediately.... pretty bad service... I'm giving up now because clearly they don't care... if I could I would attach a photo of the servers standing around talking instead of serving me... really pathetic customer service. I hate that the govt is making me come back here again next weekend, hopefully they will remove this hotel from the list.
Compared to other resorts, this one did not have the same level of service or amenities.. felt more like a standard hotel, not a resort.
This is the second year we have stayed at the Omni for the BikeMS MS150 Citrus Tour cycling event and banquet. Both were absolutely outstanding experiences! The staff and facilities are of a 5 star resort! I would strongly recommend this hotel!
Awesome hotel. We stay here every year for cheerleading with our team. Staff is friendly and property is amazing!
