Very nice place I just checked out this morning from a three night stay for a FPPTA convention upon checking out I was hit with a $78.30 bill for taxes that wasn't supposed to be as they have the tax exempt numbers when our administrator paid for the stay. When I checked my bank account when I returned home there was another $150 charged in addition to the tax for a total of $228.30 I called the accounting which I had to leave a message and still haven't heard back from them, so needless to say I would not recommend staying ... read more
Went above and beyond to make this enjoyable for us on a work trip! Loved Red the shuttle bus driver and Michael the Valet! Nathan at the front desk was sweet and the Conciege gave us great info also! The food is fantastic:)

We want to stay here every time we come to Orlando. Love the new kids area and my 11 year old and her friend were treated great everywhere they went.
Just finished up a work retreat and the service, food and hotel itself were fantastic. Their attention to detail and courteous staff made for a flawless event! And I will certainly miss Alexi's amazing coffee! I will return as often as possible!
I have stayed at the omni 4 times before this last visit and it was amazing. This trip was definitely the most lackluster one. After paying the most i have paid to stay here we had to wait nearly 3hrs for our room (We did get an exterior window room as an upgrade for this)The slide in the pool was down the whole weekend, the waterfall and jets in the lazy river were been broken and the river seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We stayed there for the 2nd time in 6 months. This time the room we thought we booked was not available, but only after the front desk sent us up. We were moved to a different room to accommodate our family. The key cards did not work, the A/C would not cool, no water available or vending machines available. We called the front desk and was told to order room service, but no fix for the hot room. Very overpriced for the service.
Wonderful stay from beginning to end. Robert at concierge is a true asset with all of the information you need! Every request we made throughout our stay was met with, "Yes, we can make that work," no matter if we were at check - in, an in-house restaurant, guest drop off or the pool house. If I ever need to stay in Orlando again this is my hotel of choice.
Had 2 days at Omni. It was so relaxing and we injoy everything. We recommend highly Omni hotel hotel .
